How to upgrade my program and get a new registration code for the free upgrade?

Ways to upgrade your program are as follows:

1. If our programs are upgraded, an update dialog box will pop up to remind you when you start the program. Please click Update or the download link to download the latest version for your convenience.

2. You can sign in our Member Zone on our Support Center to see whether you can upgrade your program.

3. You can get the upgrade information via newsletter. If the upgrade is free, you can download it from the link on the newsletter, and can get a new registration code on our Support Center. If it is not free, you only need to pay a small upgrade fee, and will get a new registration code from our system.

If you need to re-download or upgrade the software to a new free version, the following two ways and the instructions will help you get a new registration code.

Upgrade your program via Registration Code Retrieval system

Step 1. Click Retrieve Registration Code on the home page of Support Center, enter your licensed e-mail address or order number, and then click Submit.



Step 2. Your order will be displayed on the Web page. Select the checkbox before the order number, and click Submit.



Step 3. Your current registration information will be displayed on the Web page. Click the upgrade link.



Step 4. The information will be refreshed and sent to your e-mail address. Then the upgraded version is available from the download link. Please install it and register it with the new registration code.

Upgrade your program on our Member Zone

Step 1. Sign in our Member Zone with your account, your order information will be seen on the My Order tab.

Note: You can find your account information in your registration e-mail.



Step 2. Click Detail in the Operation column. Your current registration information will be displayed.



Step 3. Click Upgrade, and the new registration information will appear on the page.



Step 4. Download the new version from the download link, install the program and register it with the new registration code.
