As for this case, please make sure the source DVD plays well on your computer and then follow the steps below to reinstall the program to try again:
1). Uninstall the program from the computer, restart the computer, delete the folder where you install the program and download the program again.
2). Close the anti-virus program when downloading.
3). Install the program in other local disk instead of the default local disk C.
4). When the set up finishes, please right-click the icon on the desk top of your computer, and choose Run as administrator.
If the re-installation does not help, please update the DVD driver:
1). If you get a DVD driver built in the computer, you can use the CD attached to the computer when you bought it to reinstall and update the DVD driver with the CD.
2). If you get an external DVD driver, you can also find out the manufacturer of the DVD driver, and download the latest version of the DVD driver from the web of the manufacturer.
Please notice that the program does not support burning files to a RW disc that has been used before. So make sure you have used a clean, new, DVD disc to burn. The type of disc includes DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD+R DL, DVD-R DL, DVD-5 and DVD-9.
